Our 5th official “Demo Dayz” -Weekend was held on October 2nd, 3rd and 4th 2009. As always it was a fantastic weekend and we look forward to the next one.

Christmas in July- On the 3rd & 4th of July FGS had Christmas in July. It really felt like Christmas time with decorations, bonbons and even Christmas pudding.
A great opportunity to get started on the Christmas Cards. Every one made 3 styles of Christmas crafts. Including 2 unique styles of cards with a Christmas theme as well as a detailed decorated box that opens to reveal a little Christmas elf surrounded by holly.
On display were alternative themes using the same techniques (pictured below) such as the funky looking Valentines card and the flower box with butterflies inside as an alternative to the elf with holly. Instructions for the Tri-Fold Shutter Card are available in our tutorial section click here
“Demo Daze 4″ Function Weekend-
The 4th Demo Days function was held in our Boronia (vic) store on March 27th -29th,2009 with over 350 participants attending form all over Australia. Admission is by pre/paid ticket.
Each Session runs for approximately 4 hours during which time all participants take part in five hands-on make and take projects with everything suppliers at no further charge.
Free tea, coffee and snacks are provided throughout the day, as well as minor prizes. The Major door prizes are drawn at the end of the final session with all winners notified. There are also many specials stocked especially for the event scattered throughout the store.
At the end of each session every attendee receives a FREE sample bag of goodies provided by Fern Gully Stamps & Paper crafts and our man sponsors valued at over $30.
This event continues to grow and evolve andwe anticipate an even bigger function when it is again held later this year on the weekend of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th October 2009. To register your interest for pre booking email us ferngully@iprimus.com.au
